Q: When I turn on the robot, it has no response. Why?
1. Low voltage: Please recharge all batteries or replace with new ones.
2. Batteries installed in incorrect polarity (+/-).
3. Incorrect wiring on the battery holder or motor.
Q: When I controlled the robot to move forward, it moved backwards. How can I fix this?
The wiring of the motor is connected in reverse. Please disconnect and reconnect them correctly.
Q: How to program my robot or restore the factory settings?
Please download the companion coding software on the official website, connect the robot to your PC via a USB cable, select the serial port and main-board type in the software to start coding. You can use "Restore Firmware" options for live testing or restoring factory programs.
Q: I cannot connect the robot to a computer via USB or wireless. How can I fix it?
Your computer may not have the mainboard driver installed. Please install the driver from the coding software's "Help" menu, restart the robot, and attempt connection again.
Q: Why does the Line-following Sensor not work?
1. Ensure the distance between the line-following sensor and map is between 1-2cm (optimal working range).
2. Do not use line-following mode under strong light source, as it interferes with sensor function.
3. Make sure to use non-reflective material to print or construct your line map.
Q: Why cannot the software read the sensor values?
Please inspect the wiring setup. Make sure the physical sensors are connected to the exact corresponding ports set in your programming software.
