2. We produce most of the wooden toys ourselves, but some are sourced from our partner factories. We can also help with procurement if needed.
1. You just need to provide your AI file or clear design file, and we can proceed with the sample. It will take about 7 days to complete and send it to you.
2. For some simple products, we can make free samples for you.
3. For more complex products that require molds, there will be a mold cost. However, we will refund this cost after you place an order. We will show you a video of the sample before shipping it out.
1. We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest port.
2. We can deliver by air to your nearest airport.
3. We can arrange express delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex, or other special lines.
4. Popular options include sea DDP, air DDP, train DDP, and truck DDP. If you have a warehouse, we can send the goods directly there.

2. If you don’t have design documents, we can help you complete them, as we have an in-house designer.
