We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Our primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai.
QWhat shipment methods and payment options are available?
We arrange shipments by sea, by air, or by express. Payment terms include T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.
QWhat are the lead times for samples and deliveries?
The sampling lead time is 7-14 days. For standard brand products, delivery takes 7-10 days, while custom ODM/OEM orders take 45-55 days.
QWhat kind of product warranty do you provide?
We guarantee that the products customers receive are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos and we will arrange replacements according to actual conditions. Products have been insured worldwide since 2017.
QHow are our legal rights and designs protected during cooperation?
We can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to third parties. For large orders, we also support signing exclusive manufacturing agreements.
QAre your materials eco-friendly, and do you supply FSC-certified materials?
Yes, we use professional, certified materials. Each month, paint batches are sent for SGS testing, and we maintain our own product safety labs. We comply fully with FSC regulations for sustainability, which can be provided at an 8% additional cost compared to standard materials.
