What are your trade terms and shipping ports?
We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Shipments can be loaded at either Ningbo or Shanghai ports, and delivered by sea, air, or express courier.
What are your standard payment methods?
We accept T/T (with a 30% deposit prior to production and the remaining 70% balance payable against the B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
What is the lead time for samples and volume orders?
The sampling lead time is between 7 to 14 days. For established brand items, delivery takes 7 to 14 days, while custom ODM/OEM project delivery timelines range from 45 to 55 days.
How do you guarantee product quality and warranty?
We guarantee that all shipped products are fully qualified. Should there be any broken components, please send detailed photo documentation via email, and we will arrange replacement shipments accordingly. Our products have been globally insured since 2017.
How do you protect designs and intellectual property?
We protect your proprietary designs by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring they are never sold to third parties. For major orders, we can also establish an exclusive manufacturing contract dedicated solely to your business.
Are your materials environmentally safe? Can you provide FSC certified wood?
Yes. We utilize strictly certified, professional-grade materials. We run our own product safety labs and send paint batches monthly for SGS evaluation. We adhere strictly to FSC guidelines to uphold sustainability; FSC material can be arranged at an additional cost of 8% over standard options.
